Apple Walnut Gorgonzola Salad

Thinly sliced apple, sugared walnuts and crumbled

gorgonzola cheese tossed with field greens in

our malted barley vinaigrette 

Chicken and Brie Sandwich

Grilled Chicken breast served open faced on a

French roll with carmelized onions and melted Brie. 

Served with a side salad 
 

Crab and Shrimp Ravioli

Large raviolis on a bed of fresh spinach

topped with jalapenos cream sauce

and served with a side salad 

Dessert (choose one)

Three piece chocolate sampler or Cheesecake with Amaraetto

THE IVY 

Chopped Salad

Grilled chicken, crisp bacon tomatoes, scallions and lettuce tossed with buttermilk dressing and finished with crumbled bleu cheese and croutons 
 

Tilapia in Parchment

Flakey Talapia served atop matchstick vegetables baked in a parchment purse and served with seasoned rice and seasonal vegetables 

Italian Sausage Sandwich

Grilled and served on garlic bread with mozzarella, sautéed onion and peppers and smothered in house made marinara.  Served with French fries

Petite Caesar Salad 

Champagne Chicken

Grilled skinless chicken breast in a delicate sauté of

champagne, mushrooms and fresh herbs. Accompanied with scalloped potatoes and seasonal vegetables 

Grilled Salmon Salad

Spinach and strawberries tossed in a sweet vinaigrette topped with slivered almonds, shaved red onions, mandarin oranges and a grilled salmon fillet.  A cup of soup of the day is served in place of the Caesar salad 

Luncheon Steak

Rib Eye steak grilled to order and topped with sautéed mushrooms.  Accompanied with scalloped

potatoes and seasonal vegetables

THE WREATH

Petite Caesar Salad 

Cornish Game Hen

Roasted game hen served with wild rice and cranberry stuffing.  Accompanied with seasonal vegetables 

Honey Pecan Salmon

Fresh salmon encrusted in toasted pecans, baked and topped with Honey Dijon sauce with a touch

of Frangelico liqueur. Served with scalloped

potatoes and seasonal vegetables 

Prime Rib

Slow roasted prime rib served with horseradish,

scalloped potatoes and seasonal vegetables
