Peter Hoey - Brewmaster Peter began brewing for Sac Brew in 1998. Deciding our little brewery was too small for his ambitions, he went to Sierra Nevada. Then he moved onto Bison Brewing where he won Gold and Silver at the Great American Brew Fest. But now he has returned to his nest, putting all his knowledge to work making world class beers for Sac Brew again. Hhile he was there he learned brewing at BJ's. A couple years later he showed up on our doorstep; of course we took him back in.
